We're excited to announce Yoga classes upstairs with internationally acclaimed choreographer @roisinteresa !

Róisín (Ro) is a choreographer and yoga teacher from Edinburgh, Scotland. Since moving to the States in 2024, she has been teaching modern dance and yoga across studios in South Bend, as well as performing with New Industry Dance and showcasing her own choreography in dance festivals in South Bend and across Michigan. Her yoga and dance classes aim to create a positive and accessible environment, where students can find joy, musicality and expression in moving their bodies.

Classes are $20 each, or $30 for both yoga and her next class, modern dance, back to back. Sign up for an unlimited package of all 12 of Ro's yoga & dance for $144, a savings of $96 off the full price. Sign up for just the yoga classes for $90.

Individual $20 tickets are available on Eventbrite. Our combos and discount packages can be purchased in person. You are welcome to drop into class and pay on the spot. We suggest messaging elise@apothicateas.com to RSVP if you plan on attending and paying in person.
